Need XL lunch box for husbands fast metabolism and huge appetite! Needs to fit 4 sndwchs, 4 wtrs, 2 gatorades, chips, granola bars +more! Yay or nay?!

Yay. Depends on the size of the waters and Gatorade bottles. He can bungee a large bottle on the top.If this excellent cooler is too small, get a smaller husband and keep the cooler.

Yes but it has a lifetime warranty and the plastic is super thick I work for a mining company and use it every day and I would totally buy it again!!

To hold a 6 pack or 2 of bottled beer...which would be better 7 or 16 qt?

7 is more than enough for a 6 pack. It would hold 12 cans ok too I think.
