My yard is full of dried up wildflowers that eventually create small pieces of broken splinters. These become detrimental inbetween my furbabies paws. So, I received these shoes and put them on him. He took to them very quickly. And they didn't appear to annoy him. But the first time he went out he came back with one shoe missing. So, there I go outdoors in my huge yard searching fof his lost shoe. I did find it. He's worn these shoes about five times now. I now make sure they are tight enough to remain on him. The one good thing besides keeping the splinters out of his feet. They prevent him from licking his paws. When i take them off my fur baby goes to the table where they are and he wants them to be put back on. The only thing is he's only had them for a few days and i can see how they are already getting to be worn out. See how long they last him.
