How do u change the combination?

Step 1:Enter four-digit password(default 0000), the green lights. Rotate the knob clockwise to open the door. Step 2:Hold down the "*" button, the red light flashes.(hold the * button not to loosen,and keep the door open). Step 3:Enter the new 4-digit password within 15 seconds, then press # button and the light stops flashing. Step 4:Release the "*" button, change password successfully, close the door.

Forgot password- my daugter forgot the password. How can we reset it?

Take out the batteries for at least 60 seconds. It then resets to 0000.

What are the dimensions of the safe? It says medium size but what does that mean?

It’s the size of 1 1/2 tissue box standing up.

They don't give u battery cells with it but they do give a screwdriver and the piggy bank is easy to open but changing the lock is kind of difficult until u get it. Although I would suggest them to give cells too . It is a pretty good product and would recommend it

Sounds from the Machine are important

It works really well as it should. It's really cute, but I wish it were a little bigger. It's a good size for anyone wanting to save up, especially for first-timers starting small. The colour is really nice that I picked, and the Shipping was really fast as it came the Next day.
