This thing is huge. Easy to put together. Seems super sturdy. No complaints. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very nice product, better customer service *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2022* Very nice, sturdy playpen. I am very pleased with this purchase. The rods that are meant for the top perimeter of the playpen come with pipe insulation covers, which will help protect the little ones from bonking their head against the metal poles while playing. Really good size for keeping the little one safe while I’m working, but giving her plenty of room to move around and explore. Now, the customer service:This package came by FedEx, which does have a reputation for not being great with customer service. Such was my experience on this occasion. To save you the details, FedEx did not deliver my package for the last three days of the week, even though the tracking said it was “out for delivery.” I called FedEx on Friday to see what the delay was for and was assured the delivery would be in the next day - spoiler alert - FedEx doesn’t deliver on the weekend. I was frustrated and did not want to continue taking a chance on whether FedEx would eventually deliver or not, so I contacted the seller and communicated with Allison, who offered me a discount because of FedEx’s bad service. Yes, you read that correctly. I accepted the discount and received the package the next business day.Overall, I am very pleased with Allison and the seller as a whole. I am not pleased with FedEx. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Assembly was very easy. The mat is a bit hard. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2023* I put it together and realized one piece was missing so I contacted the seller. They were very prompt in all their responses. Lamya helped me get the exact piece that was missing and it was delivered within a week. Great customer service! The mat is a bit hard and isn’t really cushion-y. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/501098682-heao-baby-playpen-baby-playpen-for-babies-and-toddlers-baby](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/501098682-heao-baby-playpen-baby-playpen-for-babies-and-toddlers-baby) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
