Super easy installation and works perfectly. Saved me a bunch of $$ over calling the fireplace tech.I didn't have to remove the old one (but I did...just because).

Just what we needed
Installation was 10 minutes. Working perfectly. No longer have to turn the fan on/off. Best thing is we can turn off the fireplace (gas) and the fan shuts off when the box cools down. Should have done it years ago.

Simple Install
