Bought for making Mermaid tails.
I bought this fabric to make tails for small mermaid toys. Spot-on looks wise. However, beware this fabric is awful to sew on a sewing machine. Tried different size needles, tensions, stitch length and stretch fabric setting on machine. No go! So ended up sewing by hand. However, fabric looks the part and suitable for purpose when hand sewn.

Mermaid
Perfect fabric for making my niece a mermaid dress. She love it and I have some left over to make a bigger one when she grows out of this one. It does stretch but not massively as it will distort the scale image so remember that when measuring for your project. This was not a problem for me.

Machine sewed a mermaid top and tail. Sewed up nicely. Beautiful shimmer and falls well as a costume.

Questo pezzo di stoffa è metallizzato e a squame. La base è di colore viola e la parte superiore riprende le squame di un pesce o una sirena. Ho apprezzato molto la qualità della stoffa e anche la vivacità dei colori. Il prodotto si presta per la creazione di abiti di carnevale o costumi di scena. Sconsiglio per la creazione di costumi da bagno, perchè il tessuto non è tanto elastico e se tirato si sgrana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Schnelle Lieferung, super Stoff. Habe ihn bei 30°C in der Waschmaschine gewaschen und sogar gebügelt, lässt der Stoff alles mit sich machen und sieht super aus! Perfekt für die Meerjungfrauenflossen-Decke :-)
