Love this light! Brings so much character to my island in the kitchen. Bought two and they're fantastic. Although, bulbs are a difficult thing. The Amber are too dim and the LED white lights are way too bright because there's no bulb surround (over an island anyway) I just about made my friend go blind when I turned in the white ones.

Great quality. I love the look...industrial...yet stylish. It's adjustibke. I have 9 foot ceilings and it fit perfect. Easy to install/replace my old one.

Good value. OK quality, not cheap but not overbuilt either. Some said stiff. -- well, it's not a factory floor with greased chord lamp, it is meant as a fine furnishing light. However, it does work as designed. A little machine oil will smooth it out, yet, if you do, expect the dust to then collect. A "resonable" compromise is that it can be pulled down to reach the bulb if "careful", reasonable about it and beats climbing higher and etc. Also, it is flexible, as I see it in design since I did change the Shade and bulb type, If the shade attachment that one screws in the Retaining Nut for the shade was 3/4 inch or even a full inch longer I could easily use any kind of shade, even the three screw retain type could then be attached with the internal lamp housing "nut" that tightens the metal top shade pictured. If that design change was made, and same price point, -- deff a 5 star lamp. I was able to use even the 3 screw chandelier shade, giving a very retro factory look since know how they used to wire the shades to the lamps and not use the 3 screw retainers. So, I got the look I wanted and very custom. Also, for those who asked about length, -- shortening the cord is not problem, just put it where you want it to hang, and leave enough "tail" for in the receptical box. It's otherwise a great lamp. That only other close to it is the simple 3 pack cords, socket w/o the ball weight. So, again, great value in this one.

We purchased these lights for a new renovated Product Room at work and they are great. They are very stylish and compliment the room. I highly recommend them, and we will likely reorder as we renovate more of the office.

I sent it back. Opened the box and sealed it right back up. I guess the old adage "You get what you pay for" was right this time.

It’s a lovely piece. Works well. Only thing i didn’t like is the cord needs time to straighten out

Excellent quality, worth the money and adds a nice touch to any room with high ceilings (10' and up) definitely buy again!
