I bought this UPS in Jun 2024. The UPS worked very well for over a year powering my two Wifi modems. It was still under the warranty period (2yrs) but stopped working. It did did not supply power to load on mains failure, even though battery appeared OK with front panel showing 250V on mains failure. Posdibly a minor fault. I contacted the company who promptly had the UPS collected through a return and agreed to repair and send it back. This is highly commendable for an Indian Company. On receipt at their repair centre they sent me a brand new replacement. Received today in excellent condition and working perfectly. Thankyou Artis Electronics does fail but what is the grestest confidence is the post sale support. In my case a full year after use. Very Strongly recommend Artis for your UPS requirements

Extremely mediocre product with way TOO MANY reliability issues. NOT worth buying. The LCD display is basically useless. The battery percentage the LCD shows is NOT accurate, it only shows 4 different non-zero percentage values: [100,75,50,25] and even those are not accurate. Half of the times that the UPS switches to battery, the UPS starts beeping annoyingly indicating low battery even when the LCD shows 50% battery left and turns off abruptly. Also there is no option to mute the beeping! Just e-waste IMHO.

Few months ago I purchased it and find that this product continued the power supply to my CPU & monitor without any trouble. But the problem is there there are no any blinker or sound during main supply cut off. another is the on off switch is very small which is not quite acceptable for me. But the product performance is the best.

Nice look and quality and i charge my mobile easily . Laptop charge is time 30 min. Pc back up 5 to 10 minutes.

The unit is well suited for application as a UPS for a desktop PC, with load of CPU, monitor and printer. The UPS is compact and well designed. The smaller icons on the touch screen are a tad difficult to read, but that's not a deal breaker. My need is to bridge the time gap between power outage and generator cut in, about 15 seconds. Hence I have not checked how long the battery back up lasts. Meets my needs 100%.

The product itself works O.K. Just a couple of annoying features : 1. The power button is very small - maybe the size of 2 toothpick heads - and is awkward to push in and out. 2. It gives a very cheap feeling. Their cheaper model has a proper power button. 3. There is absolutely NO indication that the power is on....The little touchscreen turns on momentarily when you switch on the power and then turns off after a few seconds. You are then left guessing whether the set is on or off.

I ordered an Artis 600V LCD Touchscreen UPS on 04.01.26 through Amazon. It is delivered on 05.01.26. The item is totally defective. The power button is not working at all, the LED is not blinking. I really want my money back.
