Lutein 50mg 120 Tablets Supports Vision Eye Health Supplement

I was recommended to take Lutein by my optician, who advised taking this supplement for general good eye health. It’s not something you’ll notice a difference with in taking it. It’s more a general care and maintenance for improving eye health…..this aren’t a miracle supplement that cures eye conditions!! I have a history of glaucoma and Macular in my close family, so this is why it was recommended it. Only time will tell in the distant future if taking this supplement has been of any benefit and slowed down the deterioration in my eye health, but i always go on recommendations of professionals……prevention is better than cure…right!! 🤷‍♀️. I’m hoping it’ll help, but these particular supplement are excellent value for the amount you get, so I’ll carry on. They’re teeny tinny tablets too, so very easy to swallow even without water. They’re the third of the size of a tic-tac. Good value supplements. Recommend.

I think ok hard to tell

I can't believe it, as an older gentleman my eyes were rapidly fading but after taking lutein for a few months they seem to have stablised. Recently had an eye test and the optician asked if I was getting plenty of vegetables and sources of lutein as my eye health had recovered.
