Works, but complicated
Was a challenge to get it to print properly - could not print directly from acrobat, I had to use a browser which allowed me to print from the system dialog in order to get the paper size correctly. As other reviews have also stated, the print quality is pretty mediocre. I have not tried to adjust those settings as it was good enough, just not very dark.

it takes quite some time to get the printer set up correctly. wish that was easier. otherwise a great printer

Worked Well Until It Didn't
Used it for work printing maybe 3 labels per week. Worked well, no issues (last used yesterday) but today it says the printer is offline and won't print anything. Didn't do anything different then I normally do. I have no idea how to fix it (is it the driver?). No access to tech support. I have a Rollo at home and it works PERFECTLY and the one time I had issues, I reached out to support, they walked me through it and back to perfection. The Rollo I have had for years and use it a LOT more then this one and I have no issues with it.

Loading the paper was a little odd because the cord is short but it works well.Print is lighter than I would like.Easy to set up and use.

So convenient
It’s simply working and I don’t know why people ( including myself until recently) keep using regular paper if they are shipping more that few packages a week. So convenient, just get one
