Nurses Reflection Diary: Revalidation

Haven't used yet but will be when I start my placement! I like the way the book has all detail in so you won't forget to write something.Only gave a 3 star as not used yet and when I received it the front page vinyl was slightly damaged; nothing major but no need to send back.

The book its self and the content is perfect and does what it says on the tin. However, I have bought both books as a gift. I sent the first one back as it has greasy finger marks on. The 2nd book is warped and has a dent on the side of cover and pages. It is difficult for me to get to the post office, now I will have to return there for a 2nd time in 3 days.I really want this book, but only at a standard acceptable as a New Book, and it is a gift, wouldn't be so bad it if it was for my own use.My 3rd book arrived today.... I am maintaining 2 registrations and need to keep an ongoing record of activities for each across the 3 yearsI use 1 book for each registrationGreat for first time revalidating and for those with experienceThe format is easy to use and helps efficiencyDefinitely recommend

Great for those new to reflection. Perfect first for a first year student

I am about to retire but I am going to leave my book in work (we have a little book case) for other nurses to help them as I found the book invaluable whilst doing my last revalidation.
