This is so neat! I always am on my feet a lot all throughout the day, this gives me something to give some relief for achy feet. It has different speeds, which is nice because sometimes you just need that lighter speed and other days you need more a in-depth massage. Heating also helps with all those aches and pains too! Definitely helps your sore muscles feel better. This isn’t a huge, wonky thing either so it doesn’t take up much space when using and isn’t heavy to pick up and move around. Feels like great quality and like it will last! This is enjoyable for anyone, my kids have also been after it trying to use it with me. This would be a really nice gift for someone too that you know is hard working and needs a way to relax after a long day.

My daughter is a dancer and we've purchased several products for her foot and ankle health. This is her favorite due to its ease of use and quality of pressure. The only thing that would improve upon it would be a cordless version!
