The display is easy to read, the surface area is large enough for my pots & bowls - I meal prep, so I cook for 3 days in advance, but it might be too small for someone cooking for a larger number of people. I also have another, more precise scale for measuring small amounts, and I tested the two against each other - they showed the exact same values, rounded up to the whole gram in the case of this scale.The surface is smooth and easy to clean within seconds. The tare function works well. It's very easy to use, but must always be placed on a smooth, level surface (it often doesn't show this explicitly on the screen, so you have to be mindful of this yourself).It's not suitable for measuring small quantities, such as 2 grams of tea, or something to that effect - it usually doesn't register 1g changes on small total amounts. It would show e.g. 2g of tea, and then while I'd continuously add more and more leaf tea on top of that, to a value that would obviously be five times as much, it just showed 5g, or would not change the displayed value at all. This problem seems to disappear with items that are of a higher total mass, and for items that have a higher density (e.g. honey).For weighing smaller amounts such as tea & spices, I would recommend a more precise scale (one of those pocket ones).For meal prep, calorie & macro tracking, with food items measured in larger amounts, (i.e. 50g+), this scale is perfect.It's also convenient to store, as it's thin and fits anywhere, but be mindful that it might turn on automatically if the touch sensitive part is pressed against something. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great kitchen scales *by J***E on 3 March 2018* Fantastic kitchen scales. Have used many times since purchased and love them. Easy to use and change unit of measurement and appear sturdy. Love the fact you can put a bowl on them and reset back to 0 and keep doing so each time you add an ingredient to the same bowl. Slim design and lightweight. Clear display and easy cleaning glass. Very happy with. Bargain price too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Set of Scales *by L***6 on 17 October 2022* I've been using this for nearly 4 years and I love that it's so easy to clean and operate. The only downsides I have noticed is that the auto-off timer is relatively short so there have been times when I've measured something but I've obviously taken too long putting it into a bowl and the display goes off which is really frustrating. Also, for small amounts, it's not the most accurate.
