How big are the pills compared to say Tylenol?

They are a little bit bigger but in a casing that is easy to swallow. I choke on some pills but never on these. These pills lower my sugar and do give me energy but if I take them too late in the day, I will have trouble sleeping. But that might only happen to me! Hope this helps!
