Can I use my own perfume with CF12/F26/F39?

We do not recommend using your own perfume as it may clog the spray nozzle. CEENIU's perfume refills are sourced from Robertet in France and are designed to fit the ultrasonic atomization function for optimal use.

Are you planning to add new scents in the future?

CEENIU is collaborating with Robertet to create custom fragrance blends that cater specifically to the preferences of American customers. We plan to launch new scents of fragrance in the future, providing more options for American customers.

Do I need to replace the cotton swab?

No need to replace cotton swab. After 20 sprays, scent transitions; completely changes after 60 sprays. New CF12/F26/F39 simplifies installation and avoids errors.

How do I determine if the F26 car diffuser needs a cotton swab replacement?

If you bought the F26 car diffuser before May 1, 2023, it needs cotton swab replacements. After May 1, 2023, the F26 car diffuser no longer requires swab changes due to upgrades. Please consider this when making your purchase.

You can simply search for "Ceeniu Cotton" to find the F26 dedicated cotton swabs that you are looking for.

Only one cotton swab is needed to fill a bottle, Cotton swabs come from 4000 altitude high-quality cotton.
