Mine didn’t come with a pump. Is that normal?

It doesn't come with a pump...it comes with a couple of straws that you use to inflate it with; it's easy to blow up. I made an error in my first review, which I corrected later...confused this ball with another small one I already had that DID come with a small pump. Hope this helps clear things up...I apologize for the confusion my first review caused!

For the size on this ball it says 9 inches....is that circumference? diameter? height off floor? Most exercise balls list their size in centimeters

All ball sizes reflect the diameter dimension. The ball would also be considered having a 23 cm diameter.

It is not intended to bounce, but used for Pilates, Yoga and physical therapy. It does have a light bounce depending on how inflated the ball is.

can you put weight on it? Currently we use a rolled up towel on our side when laying on the floor to relieve pressure on our sciatic nerve.

Yes, I do. I use one at my gym between my knees and when I do core training. I have MS and I do it to relieve tension. It's very sturdy.

Kleiner Pilatesball – vielseitig und super fürs Training ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich habe den ProBody Pilates Ball für mein Home-Workout und Physiotraining gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Ball hat genau die richtige Größe und Festigkeit – weich genug, um angenehm zu sein, aber stabil genug für Übungen für Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gleichgewicht. Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen. Preis-Leistung wirklich top – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihr Training abwechslungsreicher machen wollen!

Great pilates ball

Love this pilates ball - shipping was fast, the price was reasonable, and it is exactly what I was looking for. It was also super easy to inflate and came with an extra inflation straw and plug. Love the pink color as well.

Quality is very good and non slip surface so doesnt slip off leggings. Inflates easily, comes with 2 tubes and 2 stop valves. Does the job!
