Im looking for an A2 only casein because of an intolerance to the A1 protein. Will this product work for me?

Hi Rachel, Looking at A1/A2 protein, it really is just marketing at this point as all studies "showing" A2 proteins benefits over A1 protein are done by companies who sell A2 protein. Without any real studies being done showing the benefits, we just stuck with traditional Casein+ protein, but if more studies come out showing the benefits of A2, we may switch in the future. Hi. I'd recommend going with Legion Whey powder for morning smoothie. It makes a great meal replacement or post workout shake. Though few supplements produce the same results for everyone, Legion's founder, Mike Matthews is one of the good guys in the fitness supplement business and his supplements are scientifically-based and well-researched. Has anyone used this to make casein “pudding”? How is the texture compared to Optimum Nutrition casein?
