These tips are longer lasting than the original. They make a nice cut they fit into the handle perfectly function great easy to use.

These fit my PT-31 style torch perfectly. I inspected sever of the components and they alls eemed to be well made. I made a couple short cuts and they seemed to work as well as anything else I have used. I don't know that the plating on them is really beneficial, but I doubt it hurts anything. I read a article on consumables a while back. The gist of it was that they quality of the alloys used int he consumables had the most to do with their life span. Plating was not considered worthwhile for extending the life of high quality consumables. I'll update my review if I have any problems.

The parts are precisely made and of what is the standard quality for this style of plasma consumable. The gas rings have 4 small holes, some of my older gas rigs do not, this might be to help with the tendency of the PT-30 to deflect when being drawn along a straight edge. There are 4 gas channels in the upper face of PT-30 tips and I always felt that these had an effect on the stability of the stream.

These are some of the best and highest end parts out there as far as I am concerned... I wish all of the parts had a plastic storage case for storage and portability once you have opened up the main big box so there is rom for improvement but the parts themselves are very very easily five stars. These electrodes are better than the ones that came with my plasma cutter. My Autogen Cut55 came with the standard copper electrodes. The Nickel plated ones will last longer and cut just as well. I have a picture of the original electrodes and the new Nickel plated ones side by side. As you can see, they are the same size and shape. I like that this kit comes with all the parts in the nozzle. So I can keep my cutter running a long time with all the parts that are likely to need replacing.
