Scam, avoid!
This was a horrendous experience, it never worked, the pump blew up, the quality was so pathetic, had to throw it away without even using it once. Very disappointing for such a price!

Tried to Inflate-SHORT CIRCUIT
Upon receipt, we tried to inflate the King Koil Twin Air Mattress with Built in Pump, but the internal pump starting smoking as it appeared the motor short circuited and would not inflate. We double checked the wall plug and the wall plug had no issues so it was clear the King Koil was defective.

Die Pumpe 120 V und 60 Hz ist nicht in Deutschland geeignet
Ich habe die Luftmatratze heute erhalten. Ich musste feststellen, dass die Pumpe 120 V und 60 Hz hat und daher in Deutschland nicht geeignet ist. Hier verwenden wir nämlich 220 V und 50 Hz. Bei Verwendung in Deutschland ist ein Adapter notwendig. Leider ist mir das zu spät aufgefallen und die elektrische Pumpe ist nun kaputt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit sie zu reparieren? Ich wäre über Tipps sehr dankbar.

Bed deflates but customer service comes through
Update: Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. King Koil has been incredibly helpful in getting a replacement mattress. I feel comfortable recommending this bed just based on the end user support. Original Post: While the bed seemed nice when we tested it upon arrival, it did not perform when someone had to sleep on it. It deflated through the night. We are outside of the return window, so a bit disappointed. Make sure you try sleeping on it for a bit before the return window closes!

Great mattress but NOT California King
This is a very nice and durable feeling mattress. It works well when two adults are on it and does not transfer motion very much as others of this type invariably do. That is why is gave it the four stars because....our King mattress at home measures 78"w x 79" long and is not a CK. The claimed dimensions for this air mattress are 72'W X 84" L X 20" H. ACTUAL measured inflated dimensions are 66" W X 771/2" L X 171/2" H. Pillow section is only slightly higher. So if you can work with the real parameters of this unit, fine but the advertising is in error.
