Very clear and concise cards that have made studying for my NASM exam allot more easier and productive. I like that it includes a method of study to optimize your study time. I also like how they’re color coded and easy to read.

There is a wealth of knowledge in these cards and it has greatly improved my studying.

Easy to use!

I bought these to study for the NASM exam. The problem I am finding, for myself, is that they have very long answers for the questions. I can't memorize such long answers. I need them to be more concise/shortened. That's just me. So, basically they are not going to help me. I will need to write out my own cards in a way that I can memorize. Based on other reviews, it seems that they work for a lot of people.

Additional study guide for NASM test.

I bought this to study for NASM CPT in 2022. The cards are VERY nice -- but nowhere on the packaging does it state the normal stuff -- date, edition, etc. These could be from 2013, they could be current, who knows? I understand that the questions haven't changed a lot, but they have changed a bit. For the price, it would be nice for a discounted "past edition" set, and then full price for a bona fide current (7th edition) set. NASM sells an app with flashcards for a cheaper price -- guaranteed to be current. I regret buying these cards; no confidence if they are current or not; no markings at all on the cards or packaging. (other than the description here, which is easy to change from year to year, but that doesn't mean the cards have).
