I'd first like too say this, This is a budget welder and by no means a Lincoln welder. For what you pay it is an outstanding unit!!! I've welded everything with this unit and it did fantastic! It never shut off, Never blew any fuses and it actually lays decent welds if you know what your doing. It is a Flux core so unfortunately you have to deal with spatter. Not a big deal in my opinion. I work on small engines and welded decks, frames and exhausts. I also welded my car exhaust and it turned out awesome. The best part is that it's compact and easy to tote around. I'd 100% recommend this welder to anyone looking for a great welder at an amazing price. Most importantly get yourself a helmet and throw away the one that it comes with

Finally used this welder. Great little set up. I have welded for years but only at work. Bought this for a home set up. It runs fine on my 2800 watt generator. Does not overload it. Makes nice welds. Has plenty of power for what I’d use it for. It really is underrated. It’s a performer. Works really good. It was really a good buy. Easy to set up and use. I have a stick welder also, but prefer the wire feed weld for a lot of jobs. Just what I’m used to I suppose. Buy it you won’t regret the purchase. I wish I had bought this a long time ago. Little welders have come a long ways. This is a gem in hiding.

UPDATE. I HAVE USED THE HELL OUT OF THIS THING AND IT'S REALLY IMPRESSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.. WELDS BETTER THAN A MILLER 120 VOLT.. Have only tested this but was pretty impressed on how good it welded. It definitely is not gonna take a lot of abuse.. but if you take care of your stuff I imagine it will be around awhile. It welded really nice up to 3/16" so far, I'm sure it will do 1/4.. it's no speed demon but makes mobile welding easy. It's light and easy to use. Lead is cheap but works well. Sounds like just a basic micro switch in the trigger if it every needs replaced.. the sync option seems to work ok and good for ppl who have trouble with adjusting... For the money you can't really complain ... you'll pay for this thing in 1 or 2 jobs.. oh although I haven't tested it yet duty cycle is higher than my fancy name brand transformer welder.... Downside which has nothing to work this product is Amazon doesn't know what they are doing. Shipping... It said be here tomorrow, then it said delayed not shipped, then it said be here by same day by 10pm, then it said now arriving tomorrow, then it said delayed not shipped again... So I tried to cancel and it said can't cancel shipment being prepared.. so I opened chat with Amazon and they said basically they don't know where it is.. "THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS.... BUT CAN'T CANCEL BECAUSE SHIPMENT IS BEING PREPARED"!!!! WTH? so I ordered another one, plus a bigger welder to try and exact same thing happened with that both those orders... So if you can get one of these to your door... I'm sure you'll be happy with it.... UPDATE.... I FORGOT TO ADD... PACKING NEEDS TO BE BETTER... WHEN MINE FINALLY ARRIVED THE POWER CORD WHERE THE GROMMET IS GOING INTO THE WELDER WAS SMASHED THROUGH THE BOX AND STICKING OUT ... NOT DAMAGED BUT PACKING IS NOT GOOD FOR THIS ITEM...

Quality and Value; the welder itself is a little beast I rate it 5 stars. I'm very impressed what you can do with this little beast. 3/16 no problem at all it runs hot, great penetration 22 gauge welds as nice as you could ask for. Price... no way can you go wrong at this price. I ran the wire that comes with the package, even that worked decent. A better grade wire would be a step up in creatIng cleaner welds. Mig gun is bottom line quality but works. I ran perfect beads with it. Ground clamp will need replacement. ( but it works ok out of the box ) Handy, you can slide under the truck and weld away. It's small, lite,easy to move around. The accessory package that comes with this welder will need an upgrade. That's why I gave a 4 star review. Longevity, we'll see?

I just needed something for when I need to weld thin steel, and was tired of having to borrow my friend's mig welder. Most of my welding experience (started welding in the 1960s) has been stick welding and flux core wire is similar, but just very scaled down, so I bought this machine. Just ran a few test beads on some scrap plate to make sure it works and it seems to be good. Perhaps a bit underpowered, but it should serve my needs.

I consider myself an experienced welder, worked construction and around old timers that passed on their welding knowledge. I've used a 110 flux core harbor freight welder for 15 years. Repaired it multiple times, most recently buying a new lead for it from Amazon. I purchased this azzuno welder for the $60, read a few reviews and thought why not. The main complaints I saw were from people who admittedly weren't real experienced welders. I then went to YouTube, it was still 50/50 on opinions. I weld at home, 1/16th material all the way up. I was taught if your prep is done right, metal is shiny clean (for flux) that you can use any time of welder, and I feel that's true. This little welder is awesome. Tiny, lightweight, and will weld anything, if you know what you're doing. I love the safety anti strike feature, it's what I call it. On a typical machine, if you accidentally struggle your stick/wire to metal 6"away, you're getting flashed. This little thing won't strike/flash until you're at the correct distance. I welded 1/8th" angle iron to to 1/4", with 0 issues. Grind/wire wheel the spot you're welding, flip your hood down, and go to town. Smooth beads, no duty cycle. After purchasing this I saw this brand makes mig/tig combos for around $200. That's next on the list to purchase, if this thing holds up. Right now, I love it. Even if you have to buy one of these a year, it paid for itself for me yesterday in 2 hours of welding. I'll provide an update later.

Exceeded my expectations! Other reviews said it worked very good, but I was honestly shocked how well this little thing worked. 3 hours of welding 1/16” material with out evening blinking! I used anti-spatter and nozzle spray with it.

UPDATE ONE YEAR. Still a A+ purchase, and just noticed its down to $75 (i paid $110) My favorite tool in my garage. ..................OP. Needed a welder just for small household tasks. The base broke on my shop chair so finally rationalized it to my wife. I'm embarrassed to post this pic of my first weld, but in my defense, I didn't even practice. Got a spark on a piece of scrap and couldn't stop myself from going at the chair. While ugly it worked. One piece of advice, which I would have realized if i had practiced more than 30 seconds, is to start with just single tack welds. Once i tried this (on the other side of the chair base) the results were much better. Yes the accessories were junk, but im a cheapskate, and if i was willing to buy a $40 mask, i wouldn't have been looking at a $100 welder. A hacksaw, an old strap and some hot glue turned the mask wearable. The brush is actually a bigger disappointment, you could drive a truck between the bristles. Dollar tree has a better 4 pack for $1.25. and the included wire was great to have, im 80% confident i would have ordered the wrong wire if it was separate. Very pleased with the purchase, based solely on the purchase price, not my initial weld. update: after reading up, and at least one reviewer of this machine saying you should switch polarity, i tried it, and it didn't work. For whatever reason, the wire feed motor does not work if you switch the polarity, at least on mine. it runs for about a second then stops. tried twice. UPDATE: After 2 months im still very happy with this welder. It has become my favorite tool. I did break down and get an auto helmet and it really improved my welds. One thing for newbies like me, I didn't understand how important the ground was, i know this is welding 101 for pros, but most of the stuff i work on is painted, so establishing a good ground is huge. I got the $70 welding table off amazon and also made a magnet ground for the table to simplify things (90% of my welds are small stuff on the table) and use a dremel to make sure i've got good clean metal at the weld point. Still 5 star, if you're a diy'er and are on the fence, get one.

Works really good I can do nice welding beads with it. was little loose when I got it but other than that no problems.

La maquina esta excelente para su precio, no se soldar y en un dia ya podia hacer tiras de soldadura, esta ideal para quien inicia ya que es mucho mas facil que la de electrodo, los extras no estan tan buenos pero al menos te permiten iniciar hasta adquirir unos mejores. 100% satisfecho
