bought this to replace the absolutely decrepit knock sensor on my 240sx, KA24DE. Car suffered an overheating issue which I found to be due to timing getting severely advanced. Since I was under the intake anyway dealing with the aftermath of my overheating issue, I replaced this in hopes that said timing advance could be due to the sensor not reading knock. While I was unable to confirm whether the sensor was indeed the issue, I have been running this sensor for about 300 miles now, and have not had a single issue with timing advancing to an unacceptable level. I might be reticent to use this sensor on a turbocharged engine as you have to be really careful with knock, but use with confidence on a NA engine. I'm certainly happy.
