I got this variety pack of konjac noodles so that I would have a low carb noodle option, and for that they are great. They were a solid value for the money. They have good texture, help me maintain my low carb dietary goals. I would give them 10 out of 10 on a scale of 10, and with the variety pack, I have the right noodle different dishes.

Excellent substitute for noodles. A little pricey but the cheapest I could find. High in fiber so don't overindulge until you get a little tolerance to them.

Fully cooked and ready to eat. Not much flavor, good pasta substitute.

I was really looking forward to trying this konjac noodles, but unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment. Out of the entire box, only two packages were in proper condition. The rest were completely dried out, hard, and unusable. The noodles were like dry sponges, they cracked, couldn’t be rinsed properly, and were absolutely impossible to eat. It’s clear that this is a defective batch, but for a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. I had to throw almost the entire box in the trash, which is frustrating and a waste of money. I have attached photos and a video to show the condition of what I received. I do not recommend ordering these noodles from this seller. Very disappointed and will not purchase again

This pasta is very tasty. I eat it every day. Its texture it like hard jelly, looks transparent. I love it more then regular pasta. I only wish it was cheaper.

konjac noodles are very tasty. I rinse them very well then toss them in boiling water for 5 min, later pan dry them without any oil. I use them with veggies or in miso soup. however i found the description on amazon reads: Konjac flour and water, when i received the package content reads ..Konjac flour, water, citric acid.. I do nt eat anything with citric acid. Sorry but I wont be able to purchase them again

I've been ordering these and they've always been good. I'm disappointed on my recent order. It was spongey and didn't rinse in the water. So, disappointed 😞 what can I do about this
