I’ve used these only once, there’s about 20 patches in the pack and they have large sticky pads on the bottom, peel off and stick on your soles. I wear socks over mine so I don’t touch them over night. They weren’t super fully black but there was a fair bit of black. I didn’t feel any different afterwards but was more curious I guess to see what it would do.

I find this product helps with neuropathy in my feet ie severe tingling which can disturb falling to sleep. These patches seem to relieve it somewhat . I can’t vouch for that for others however

Whats the purpose behind selling something thats not of quality, so bad that it cant be used. Basically at any price this is far from usable in the fact that its not possible to take the backing off without dama ging it sas such its burst and not usable.Do these people actually try and use these items bef ore selling them on here as its been item after item not fit for purpose. VERY disappointed indeed:-(

I was very skeptical about these patches but after using them a couple of times notice a big change in the way I felt.First use showed yhe patch had tuend completely black and the second time there was hardly any black.No need to use everyday. Perhaps once a week is enough to ensure you've removed enough toxins and heavy metals.Excellent product, works as described

I have no idea if these truly work, however, I do suspect that they are a con.Upon opening the patches that you have to tape to your foot with the plasters provided, I noticed that there is quite clearly a dark substance already inside the patches, which is obviously the herbs to 'detox' the body. I tried these patches, putting them in place before I went to bed. It was a very warm night and the patches became uncomfortable - I had to wear socks with them as the plasters simply peeled back with every movement I made! I removed the patches and found that they had started to react with what I believe was only the moisture from the humidity on my feet. The reaction was taking place around the edges, and you could clearly see the grainy, dark texture of the herbs beneath the surface of the patch.So it's probably not toxins from your body on the patch at all. It's merely the patch reacting with the natural sweat/oils produced by your body, and the blackness is the herbs in the patch!

Great value for money.They work!I love waking up in the morning and peeling them off my feet to see all the black toxins that have come out of your system via the foot in the night.Easy to apply.Easy to remove.Sometimes if I’m feeling a bit run down or like I’m getting a cold,I find using these in the night,I feel better in the morning than I did.It really does make me excited to see all the rubbish that has come out whilst I was sleeping. The pac is white but comes out black.Recommend 8 hours to leave them on for !
