One word: Awesome 😎
I'm using it for quite some time now. It's absolute value for money, comfortable to carry, zippers are good quality, perfect for daily use. If I talk about durability it's a 5 star. Go for it without any second thought.

Shoulder strap came off....
Zouk artificially hikes up the price and I got the bag cheaper on Amazon. Worked well for a few weeks the snap it just came off ( the strap). Bag wasn't heavy. Realised that it is not attached firmly. Got it stitched by cobbler. Works fine. Except for the strap.
