works great with Jackery 1000v2 and resmed 10 cpap machine.
been using cpap machine since july 2024. my area rarely has power outages but it does happen. i purchased a jackery 1000 V2. i did notice that using the regular ac/dc plug my battery wouldnโt last more than maybe 10 hours total. reading through various forums and watching some youtube videos, i found out that using a DC inverter would save alot of battery power and the jackery battery would last longer. this dc inverter works great. i can get 3-4 nights usage out of the battery, even with the humidifier turned on. apparently, my resmed 10 has to convert from ac to dc on the battery power, which isnโt efficent without the inverter. this is also very useful if you go off the grid (camping etc). seems well made and durable. this is a must if you rely on cpap! update 6/30/26**** did a test with jackery battery. I had humdiifer and heated tube on. I got a total of 6 nights out of the battery, with humidifer and heated tube on. here are the results/battery draw. nights varied between 5-6.5 hours and one night was 10 hours. night 1: 92 percent battery night 2: 81 percent battery night 3 48 percent battery night 4 36 percent battery night 5 28 percent battery night 6 18 percent battery morning of night 7.. 4 percent battery. just wanted to give you idea of power draw, very efficent. works like charm. 10 out 10. canโt go wrong with this.

**UPDATE**. Returned wrong item and recieved correct. Works great. Did not receive the item I ordered. A 12v extension cord should up. Not a 12v power adapter. I ordered 2 and recieved one and the other was an extension cord for 12v. I also ordered a 110v power source which I received.

Perfect for Airsense 10 and Jackery
We bought this for a Resmed Airsense 10 to plug into a Jackery 1000 for camping. The first night without this adapter, the Jackery went down to 43%. Using this adapter, our Jackery was at 72% the next morning, it worked very well with our power supply. This is running all the bells and whistles (humidity and whatnot) both nights. The plug fits the cpap, and we had no issues with the DC coming out or slipping loose, it is good quality. If you have this cpap, this is the adapter you want. I spent hours searching and stewing over options. This works perfectly. Ot was easy to use, battery life improved, it was a great value for the money.

Works perfectly. Great for low power consumption from power bank.
Worked perfectly with my Airsense 10 combined with a power bank. This uses way less power than using the AC cord since the power bank doesn't need to use the AC converter when using DC. Thus makes the power bank last a lot longer. The indicator light is good as well to confirm connection is fine.

Works perfect with my ResMed AirSense 10 using Both Anker Solex C1000X and Gen2. Without using the heated tube or humidifier functions of the AirSense 10 , I can get over 8 days, of 9 hour nights of use from my CPAP machine. Absolutely Perfect !

More efficient
Only used it once so far but the battery on my power bank appears to last much longer with this supply than the standard ac wall adapter. No more dc-ac-dc conversion.

More efficient to run on DC than A
Good value. I can run my Airsense 10 for 3 days on EcoFlow River 2 while on the road in my mini van. Much more efficient running on DC than AC on the EcoFlow.

Good power cord for power stations
Bought this to use with my bluetti power station so my cpap machine wouldn't drain the battery so fast in case of a power outage so far so good works as described
