WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.

I've purchased these insoles for the fifth time now and I gotta say they fit like a glove and have great stability and are adjustable to my foot contour and can be cut to any size shoe ir boot that they truly have been the only insoles throughout the yrs that keep my feet extremely comfortable and the quality is great in my work boots, recommended for anyone who needs support all around for all purposes and insists on a insole that isn't going to make there foot sweat. The money is well spent time and time again. I buy about two or three a yr, one for each of my timberland field work boots!

I was constantly having leg and foot pain from all of my shoes and boots. I gave these a try and am shocked, I’ve been out of pain since using them. I’d recommend them in footwear that has a little extra room to accommodate an insert. They are well made, have great arch support, and comfortable. I was so relieved to finally be out of pain that I ordered a second pair.

As an older man, I was starting to have fibroma problems, on the underside of my foot, that were caused by hard work on a concrete floor and exacerbated by extra bicycling adventures. Having recently seen a podiatrist, and having gotten some treatment, I was looking for new inserts to see if they'd help. First week and these inserts are outstanding. Night and day compared to my other exspensive inserts. I read from other reviewers that some felt these were too rigid, but these are so comfortable for me- so idk.Im so impressed that I havr a second pair in my cart for a different pair if shoes. After a work week, even with treatments, my fibromas would be a little sore as would my hip, but a week and a half in and Im feeling much less pain- almost none.

I got these based on a single review of someone using them for a 4 day music festival and I'm so glad that I did! These are by far the best I have ever gotten. Normally every year I go to a 4 day music festival and every year I buy new shoes and dr scholls inserts, it costs an arm and a leg and by the end my feet are still sore. I thought I'd look into something different in hopes of less soreness and these are the absolute key! It's half the price and to prepare I tossed them into my old shoes while the new ones were on the way. The difference was immediate! I had so much more pep in my step and after setting up my tent and 4 days of moshing in the pit I still felt like I could go another week! It made the old shoes feel new again and I will definitely be buying these again if and when it's time to replace them!

These insoles saved me from needing to buy special shoes, and I couldn't be happier about that. Of course everyone has a different foot, but these are perfect for me. I can wear regular shoes and just add this insole. For reference, I have fallen arches, or flat feet, and this also affects the big toe if I'm not wearing support. The rigid construction of the arch and heel combined with the cushioning are a perfect combination and allow me to walk farther and longer. No trimming needed, they fit my shoes perfectly.

I am very impressed by how thick and sturdy these insoles are. I ordered a pair of work boots (Nortiv 8) and because I have what I assume is plantar fasciitis and I work like a dog on my feet all day lifting squatting pivoting at Aldi I did not hesitate to purchase special insoles. I tried these because they keep popping up on Amazon and people seem to have rave reviews about them. And I will say they are thick and have great support. Whether or not it's truly suited for people with fasciitis remains to be seen. But the combination of the insoles and my work boots are so much of a needed upgrade compared to the junk I was wearing before. I set a reminder for 6 months from now to check on my new boots and my insoles. I will probably definitely change out the insoles for a fresh pair to keep everything fresh and strong. I really do believe that just like we change out gloves at work, we also need to change out our footwear so I will definitely be doing this for the long-term benefit of my feet. This also guarantees that I am physically able to work and maintain my income so it's a small price to pay when you think about it. Because My feet sit between 9 and 9.5 I was able to literally just pop these insoles into my new 9.5 wide work boots and go. The fit is quite literally perfect. I don't know if they offer these in larger or smaller sizes depending on your foot size. As for odor, that's really a you thing. Practice daily showering and dollar-store corn starch foot powdering, plus lysol for your shoes if you really need it.

So far so good. Bought a pair to use in my work shoes. Super comfy and lots of support. Feet feel a bit sore by the end of a 10 hour shift but I think I am just getting used to the insoles. Fit was perfect for my shoe size and didn't require any trimming. Bought another pair to use in running shoes.
