**Q: Hi does anyone know how i can get the styrofoam popcorn popping higher? Ours seems to be just simmering. Can’t find info. online. thanks**
A: I haven't unpacked mine yet but you can contact Lemax at LemaxCollection.com, then click on the #Lemax tab and scroll down to Contact Us. They should be able to help you. It sounds like there is a problem with the fan motor. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does the popcorn on top move freely when plugged in?**
A: I honestly can’t tell you. I bought it as a gift for someone else.

The details are top notch the wife was happy with it soon as she took it out of the box we have now made it a yearly tradition to purchase another piece to make our own village and family memories

### ⭐ Broken Pieces
*by D***L on November 24, 2022*

Their were broken pieces and the popcorn popping station was all emptied out. All the little white foam balls were all over the package and would not stay inside the popping part. What a joke for the money!
