I bought this as a gift for my man not knowing what to expect from a knife off of Amazon. Let’s just say, it blew my expectations out of the water! Sharp right out of the box and seems to be a very durable knife. The longer length is nice for cutting things like larger roasts and briskets and the lighter weight and balance make it very maneuverable.

This is a very good knife. I purchased for my husband's birthday. He has never seen such a sharp knife. I do wish the company made other kitchen knives. We like this knife do well, we are buying them for our children. The knife is very sharp (I hope it stays that way). It is comfortable to hold and it came in it's own gift box

This is my initial review of the Classic series 12” slicing knife. First of all the box and accompanying instruction manual are excellent. 2nd the fit and finish of the knife is very good especially considering the price, well above what I would expect from a $20 knife. I haven’t cut a piece of meat with it yet but it is SHARP so I expect to not be disappointed when I get a nice brisket to slice up! Will update when I have spent some time with it.
