What is the inside circumference? i assume the advertised "24 inches circumference" is outside.

They are packed away at the moment but it fit my big head just fine

How tall are these? It says 12" but they are clearly taller. Is the 24" circumference inside or outside?

The dimensions are accurate and I measured from the outside.

What colors are included? I assume each pack varies, but do you have pictures of what you received?

I received a combination of all the colors.
