No customer support in Saudi Arabia for Panasonic cameras, or it's a big secret.
Unfortunately, Amazon UK's after-sale service was disappointing. The lens became stuck in the extended position a few months after purchase. Turning off the camera leads to its retraction, and then the lens extends to the full zoom. The camera returns the message that there is an error with focusing. There is no way to get around this problem. I contacted the Panasonic support team within the warranty period, which returned me to a UAE-based branch. The team referred me to a Saudi Service center in Riyadh. Going there was useless as the service center dealt only with certain electric equipment, not including the cameras. Nobody knew where to take the camera for repair. Returning to the UAE center, the contact person promised to investigate and get back to me. Nothing happened, and now I have a faulty camera that I have had for more than one year after purchase. Very sad. I recommend carefully buying Panasonic cameras from Amazon if you live in Saudi Arabia. You are on your own. Your chances are better if you buy a vacuum cleaner instead.

Didn’t love it…
Quality was great. Sadly the focus on it was too unreliable for filming content which is why I got the camera. Focus was constantly shifting on different modes meaning my videos were often blurry. I ended up returning.

Excellent Quality
This is a real pocket power house of a camera with lots of features and a great lens. Small and light. The only thing I have difficulty with is navigating the menus. It just doesn't seem as intuitive as other systems such as Nikon, but I'm sure given time I'll get used to it in time.

Doesn’t hold the charge.
It takes really good photos and it has a large zoom. However, it’s a pity that one has to charge the camera instead of an battery which can be removed. The HDMI part of the charger is extremely difficult to connect as the fitting is really fiddly. The camera has to be charged before it is used and it doesn’t hold the charge for very long. I would have preferred a removal battery which could be charged as I hardly use the camera because it’s so difficult to connect the HDMI part.
