Anyone use this in their i3 REX?

You could, it's just a gas can. Id probably go with the 1 gallon since its a hybrid and space in the cab is limited.

2 gallons or 2.25 gallons? I ordered (2) 2.25 gallon cans however the cans are stamped 2 gallon cans?!

The earlier version of this container was a 2 gal, but now they are offering it as a 2.25 gal, and it should be stamped as a 2.25.

Can these lay flat on atv rack ?

They can lay flat anywhere it's just depends on if you fasten them down

Does it include the new and improved Eco spout?

Yes, all new Rotopax cans have the updated Eco Spout
