Would command hooks work to hang this in a wall?

Because all the parts Velcro to the chart, the command hooks should be very strong. The students or teachers would need to place a hand on the chart while removing Velcro pieces to avoid pulling it down.

Are all the cards laminated ?

No but has a light gloss I’ll be laminating at school. My three year old students recite daily and enjoy it.

How does the counting chips how does the counting markers attach to the tree?

The tree is a felt-like material. The colored counters have a velcro backing that stick to the tree.
