Is there anywhere showing sizes? some of the reviews seem to differ when recommending which size to get, (i need a uk size 10).

Sizing for this is difficult. I can't remember what the sizes were for this item as I bought it over a year ago. I am usually a 12-14. I got the largest available and it is on the snug side. Perhaps for a usual size 10 I would order a medium. I hope this helps.
