If you plan on doing a retro-mod on a vintage MTB, this is a choice selection, I like the Maxxis DTH but the ride quality doesn't match the Schwalbe's,, you might get a couple extra months of use on the Maxxis because of the harder rubber that they use but the trade-off is a harsher ride.
