I am someone who works out almost daily, and I rely heavily on supplements to get me through my day and achieve my fitness goals. One thing I take religiously is a good pre-workout. Without it, my workouts are terrible. I have taken countless brands over the years With mixed results and I’m constantly searching to find my next go-to product. N.O. Explode was a company that I have been very familiar with and have used several of their supplements in the past. When I came across this one, it was a version I had never tried so I went to ahead and placed an order for it. As soon as it arrived, I took a scoop right away. Overall, I am pretty pleased with it. On the plus side, it kicked in pretty quickly. It wasn’t a massive explosion of energy but subtle yet consistent for a few hours. I didn’t crash afterwards and overall, I felt a pretty good pump as well. I guess the negative would be the flavor. It’s not terrible by any means, but still has that chemical taste that I always hope Would be absent from a new product. But still, it’s tolerable and not too horrible to chug down really quickly. So I’m very confident giving this a solid four stars. I actually would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option. I definitely recommend this product and think it’s a pretty solid choice overall. And, I think the price point is right in line with others of similar caliber. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I give it a 5 because it does everything it says. I’ve been a fan of NO Explode for years. Great pump great energy no real crash after. Mixes well tastes great. The only downside side for me, was its 300mg of caffeine…. 1 cup of coffee is 95mg…. For me it’s a lot all at once. And I get light headed. Everything else about this is spot on.

It’s pretty strong so you might want to ease and do it take half doses to start gives you a good pump downside if you take it too late, it will not let you go to sleep but other than that I would recommend for sure

Have tried at least 4-5 different preworkouts over past year. This was my favorite so far… crazy pump and energy. Set some PRs first day using 1 scoop. Tastes great easy to mix and no headaches. Was a touch light headed at the gym but that happens no matter what preworkout.

Okay this is not playing around. I didn't think it would do anything for me, but it took just 10 minutes for it to kick in and remained kicking in. My cardio warmup ended up going much longer than usual, didn't want to warm up with low weights for too long, and the pumps were insane! Took forever to finally go to complete failure, so this stuff is good. This is a little more expensive than I like, but will seriously get another tub because of how insane the energy and endurance boost is. Taste-wise (and I seriously don't worry too much about this department) it's both extremely sweet and a little gross. This tastes like extremely sweet fruit punch , prune juice, and pineapple juice with a twist of whiskey. It's just all over the place, but overall just really artificially fruity. But to its credit, it mixes quick and smoothly in a simple shaker bottle by itself with only water. This is actually just as good as my favorite, which is Total War, but it's not as harsh. Definitely worth a try if you don't care about the taste, just the performance.
