A: hi, I bought this as a present for someone so I can't remember if it actually had a box with it, however it did have a silver coloured pouch. I can tell you it is a nice pen. hope this helps somewhat.

**Q: Is it worth getting a pen like this over a pack of BIC ballpoints or poundland pens?**
A: Both pens and refills from LAMY are more expensive, so if you write a lot and  care little about its design, try other options. By the way, G2 refill of PILOT fits this rollerball pen, and all you need is a 6mm BB bullet. This may reduce the expense of using it.
