I was a big skeptical but after a lot of reading and research I doing these to be the best fitting. Honestly couldn’t believe how well I slept. I don’t take them every night, maybe 3 times a week. I’m 44 years old female and they are so good for sleep and peri meni symptoms. Would recommend.

After 4 weeks I 'm sure I'm feeling some benefit. Is it placebo? Difficult/impossible to tell, of course. But I really think I feel younger & stronger. As the full benefit takes 12 weeks to accumulate I look forward to further developments. I'm 80, I don't expect to become 40 suddenly, but I am walking faster and further.
