Broke during first use
I was so excited to fix my Dyson. But low and behold as I was finishing my floors, it broke right off and broke my vacuum so I have to replace the entire floor accessory now instead of just this.

Works great at a nice price
I’m not sure who Dyson thinks they are, first, the overall cost of the machine and manufactured to break in this area. Second, the Dyson branded replacement piece is both expensive and unavailable. I read horror stories that they would make you ship the whole machine for a replacement.Enter this fabulous and affordable product. It’s easy to install and gets you back on the “road” quickly!

Dyson was sold out of this piece. I ordered this for my Gentec5 and it fits perfect! Very happy with my purchase.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! DOESN'T FIT - DRAGS ON HARDWOOD!!!!
BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! absolutely to WORST replacement part. This was supposed to be Dyson Certified product. We repaired the head of our cordless with these parts and they dragged on the wood floor. Couldn't even push the vacuum. Now we have to buy a brand new head or vacuum. Total CRAP PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Screws back out and the wheels fall off
Attached without any kind of threadlock so one wheel is constantly falling off as the screw backs out

Perfect
No idea what the negative reviews are about - put these on my Dyson oversized power head after the original ones broke off and Dyson support ghosted me. Work perfectly, much better than original anyway. Glides and turns like butter.
