I love potatoes and bought these to eat now. I’ll get another can for the shelf but honestly I don’t think it’ll stay on the shelf for 25 years. Guess I’ll have to buy more and hide them from myself. Highly recommend.

The mushrooms were good and easily rehydrated. It’s nice that they give you a sample so you don’t need to open the can

I got these for a copycat wonderbread recipe with this ingredient I deciced to try them out as mashed potatoes the recipe says to use water I used half water and half half and half and butter They were just like real mashed potatoes What impersed me is the only ingredient is dehydraated potatoes

The seller included a sample which was good. One can tell this seller really cares about providing quality items as well as their customers. ;)

I did use up this product, but thought it was too expensive per ounce. Not sellers fault. It is nice that it comes in a container like this rather than a bag, so that is a plus.

I purchased these for backup, or emergencies. I love cream of mushroom soup or adding mushrooms to a pizza or browning some in butter for a steak. I don't always have fresh ones available so this iem is a nice alternative. Fresh mushrooms don't stay fresh long but these canned freezedried ones will last for up to 25 years so you can keep them in your pantry until you need them.

Perfect size for cooking and the fresh aroma hits you everytime you remove the lid. When I first received my order I sampled a few pieces to tast them as they were. Very strong in flavor and exactly what I want for my cooking.
