Honestly, I’m really happy with Dr. Wolff’s V-San. It just works. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and feels super gentle. I noticed a big improvement in dryness and irritation pretty quickly, and I love that it’s hormone-free. Arrived on time and very well packaged. On opening the product that was packaged very discretely the product was small and as described, providing clear instructions on how to use. Product does as described by providing relief to the required area and has help the symptoms of burning in the private area by up to 90% . Great product and great product.

I bought this for my wife who suffers with vaginal dryness whilst she is in menopause. It is not cheap but my wife stated that it eases her symptoms dramatically so it is no brainier for me to purchase. Quick postage. 5 stars.

I purchased this product expecting to get relief from vaginal stinging and dryness. I got no relief for either. Very disappointing. Quite an expensive item, especially for a pensioner.
