Beautiful design and colors but not waterproof
What you see in the image is my coasters drying in their silicone molds after I've added an epoxy resin to waterproof them. The wooden base and adhesive on the crystals was fine for creating the coasters but they are not waterproof. When you set a drink on them, the condensation loosens the crystals. Go ahead and purchase a silicone mold set and clear epoxy resin to finish making these coasters so they can be used and not just look pretty. The Sidosir round silicone mold set fits these coasters perfectly: https://a.co/d/aR53w4C There are plenty of clear drying epoxy products to choose from. I used the EDSRDXS epoxy resin set: https://a.co/d/iCQfWer

This is very easy to learn how to do and are beautiful projects
I bought theses for my father he is 86 years old and needs something to work on druing the day to keep his hands busy My nieces love that he works on these and have many pieces that he has done .My father didn't think it was possible for him to make these beautiful items but after a quick tutorial he has not stopped. It is almost harder to keep project lined up then then the how easy it was for him to pick up and they are very beautiful.

Beautiful coasters
These are really great little coasters. I bought these to give as a gift, but liked them so much I kept them for myself. I guess I will have to get another set or two. Fun to do and the gems stay on. You may need to seal them to keep them waterproof.

Pretty but not enough pale yellow
It was pretty, and I did end up smashing in more gems to fill gaps so it would be smooth, but even then I was still short by way too many of the pale yellow background color to finish. I had excess of the rest, so I'm not sure why those were so short.Edit: I found there's three possible DMC colors for the pale yellow, 746, 727, and 3078. I spoke to the seller and they told me it was 3078. I got them from a seller on etsy, and they're every so slightly more yellow, (only can see diff in super broght light), which could always be a dye lot issue. So if you need more of the yellow, get one of those three crystal replacements.

Beautiful
Bought these to make for a friend for Christmas. I enjoyed putting the diamonds on them and she loved them. I did buy some corn backing to put on them but they are sturdy and love that they come with a holder

Cute
These were fun to do. I’m now working on a similar set. I love that I can finish one in a day. I’m also working on a large project so use these for a break.

Diamond dot coasters
They are so fun to do, they are easy, if you want to go to a different areas .to do them just pick up and move.they are hard material so they don’t bend. Took me about 2 hrs to finish one they ate pretty with the diamonds on them

Missing parts
This is a lovely Diamond art coaster set. The designs are pretty and the gems are nice & bright. My kit did not come with a setting tool, clays, or tray. Fortunately, I had those on hand from previously completed kits, but it would make this difficult for a beginner if they received this box. And while the coasters are thicker than other brands I’ve used, the cork backing that comes with most sets would’ve been nice. I’ll be purchasing those separately I guess.
