**Q: What do u add to make it a batter?**
A: I tend to just add plain water to the pancake mix and adjust to how thick you want it :)

**Q: Does this product have instructions in English?**
A: No it does not. When using it i take three quarters a cup of milk and an egg, then slowly add a cup and a half of the pancake mix. Hope that helps.
