SlumberPod Original Blackout Sleep Tent with Fan for Pack N Play, Mini Crib

This thing is amazing!!!!! 100/10 this gives me so much freedom! We have used this thing a lot! I used it for a month at home. Because of its flexible fabric it fit over his normal crib at home so he could get used to it. This was not really necessary as I found he didn’t mind it at all. Now we are away from home for 6 weeks and have been at two hotels and one house. It has been great. One hotel I was with my parents and we just had to be quiet when he was falling asleep after I transferred him into the pod we were able to turn on the lights and even watch TV. I also put a sound machine, the fan that comes with it and because the fabric is flexible I can fit a big fan in the tent on the floor blowing into the play pen. Just to circulate more air and block noise. Now we are at my in-laws and in a big room with 6-10 dogs and my husband and I (we train dogs). This situation is honestly the worst for baby sleep but with the help of the pod it has been great! He is sleeping through the night like normal. He does wake up but then when he doesn’t see anything he just falls back asleep! It’s magic and honestly a LOT more effective that I would have thought. It gives him his own little room! Last night he slept all through the night and then took a 3.5 hour nap in the middle of the day. (He is 11 months old) and does tend to be a light sleeper. I would definitely recommend this product for trips but also room sharing! I wish I had it when he was younger it definitely comes in handy! We went on a trip right before we got this and I was up with him all night! Because he would wake up see us and then cry. Finally I would give up and cosleep for sanity 😂. At that hotel we had a beautiful bath tub and kitchen but weren’t able to use it because we had to be quiet and go to bed when the baby went down. The pod has changed the game and honestly given us our time and freedom back! Would definitely buy again. It is also really well made and I love that the poles are magnetic. Take down and set up is really fast and easy as well.

Easy to put up, has a fan that circulates air, great for traveling or camping when you need a dark space. It packs up nice and small which is great for storage. Fits over my standard size pack n play great. I love that the fabric is sturdy and good quality

We bought this for a trip we took with our 14 month old, where we had to share a room. The pod allowed us to be able to turn on the bedroom lights without waking him, or worry about him seeing us in the morning and waking too early. He was able to take naps during the daytime in what would otherwise be a fairly well lit room. We loved that the fan gave some extra airflow as well as some white noise to help baby sleep. The monitor pocket was also very helpful, and can be used for either an audio or video monitor as it has a clear pocket that views down into the crib. It was fairly easy to set up and use, but depending on the size of the room that you are in you may need some extra space to get the poles in initially. We loved the travel bag that it came in, making it easy to transport and pack, however I do wish the bag was slightly bigger or that it came with additional instructions to fold the cover back up in a way that it fits into the bed more easily. The materials were nice quality and were very soft and breathable. We did not worry at all about our child’s safety while in the the slumber pod. Will definitely purchase another if needed, worth every penny!

Love the slumberpod for traveling! It is easy to set up and pop over the pack and play. My only issue with it is the pocket for the camera doesn’t work amazingly with the Nanit. We end up just attaching it to the pack and play. Totally fine but it was frustrating to figure out for the first time. I do love that there are vents for summer days and that it is sturdy!

I don’t have a spare bedroom that I can convert to a nursery when my toddler granddaughter comes to visit, so this was our answer. The Slumberpod can be placed anywhere that a Pack and Play can be set up. It provides a dark space for baby to nap and the fan turned out to be a gamechanger. My friend who is also a grandmother has a previous model without the fan and she was concerned about air circulation. Not a problem for us! The instructions are clear, the set up is simple, and when not needed, everything folds up into a carrying bag for convenience and portability. Very, very happy with this purchase and recommend the Slumberpod to all my Grandmother-to-be friends.

This was 100% worth it! Our baby, who has a hard time sleeping anywhere but her crib in her own bedroom, was out within minutes and slept perfectly with this over a pack’n’play in both a shared hotel room and house we stayed at on vacation. The slumber pod fabric stretched nicely and zipped smoothly. It truly was blackout; we could have lights on in the room without it waking her. The fan was nice for extra air flow but not always used.

Assembly took a solid 20 minutes of what felt like wrestling with a greased up hog. It scratched our hardwood floor, put marked on the walls from the poles, knocked over a lamp, slapped the dog and about took a toddler eye out. This tent is enormous and very difficult to put together. It is not enjoyable. The reviews are correct, the tent is stifling inside. The $15 USB fan moves zero cfm of fresh air into the tent. This tent would be good for outdoor camping below 20° F. I plan to set the tent over a furnace register and turn on the house fan to keep it fresh. The fabric has zero breathability. It is blackout fabric, a baby could be inside this in the Mojave desert and they wouldn't know it's sunny. I would not buy this again.

Worked really great for sharing a hotel with my toddler. There are many air vents and pockets for the fan and monitor camera. Fit right over our pack and play. He loved it so much we kept using it all week at the rented house even though we didn’t need to. He didn’t want to get out of it! Easy to assemble and take apart. Worth every penny.

Great blackout for the toddler so we don’t need to eat dinner in darkness!

Great for travelling, small, compact and easy to set up. Only issue is that the plastic for the baby monitor gets crumpled and impossible to see anything in the dark when we place our baby monitor inside. For almost $400, one would expect a bigger way to attach baby monitors.
