The result is a bit watery, naturally, but it does work, it IS sweet enough, and the result is a really low-calorie, palatable cocoa that helps knock me out at a more reasonable hour. There is a small amount of caffeine in the cocoa, but processing makes it pretty miniscule, so I consider it a slight plus-- not enough to wake me up, but possibly enough to make me sleep better. I was like a log, man. I also tried the morning cocoa. I actually take the ashwagandha supplement (KSM-66) they use to make it, so I already know that stuff works, though I take more than is in the cocoa. I wasn't sure if I would be able to taste it, but nah, it's fine, actually. I would say the main downside of this is the price point for something that is predominantly cocoa powder, but if just want a tasty way to have melatonin that doesn't have a bunch of calories or sugars, it's a good choice.
