SupaLite 4 x 60W Red Fireglow Light Bulbs Bayonet BC B22 for Flame Effect Electric Fires

I sent for the fire glow bulbs 4 off, fitted the first one then switched on the power the bulb did not light up, tried the next one and that was ok, have not tried the others as i have to take the fire apart to change the bulbs would you send another bulb to replace the bad one Derek Robinson some one from amazon needs to contact me nowI now add to my last contact, the third bulb has blown, so i would like my money returned, this is a very poor product and i would not recommend it to any customer

I have bought this product before and was very happy with it, so when my lights on my fire stopped working, I went for the same product again. Unfortunately this time this did not arrive in a box marked fragile, it was packaged in a bag and one of light bulbs was completely shattered into tiny pieces, leaving glass everywhere as a I opened the flimsy packaging. Not a happy customer.

Sadly, not only do these bulbs not last as long as they should, the redness fades quickly. I was really shocked at how quickly they had faded when both bulbs stopped working and I had to change them. I had bought some spares from an electrical shop and the quality and colour was so much better.I won’t be buying these again.

I purchased these bulbs to replace the blown ones in our coal effect gas fire.I usually use this brand but they are more expensive from the last supplier that I used. If the last ones are anything to go by they will last for a long time before they need replacing.Very happy with the price and colour output of these bulbs.Recommended

I was delighted that I could still buy these bulbs for our old electric fire. After reading other reviews I purchased additional ones, as some buyers were experiencing some dud ones. We replaced all three, even though we did have one old one still working. They are all working well and we have had no problems at all with them. Very pleased with these and we would purchase again.

Great wee bulb gives off a lovely warm red glow, the other bulb was in the fire when we got it, it was more of a light orange not very nice. These came very quickly and well packed.

I ignored the reviews mentioning this was not for actual lighting, they really aren't, although 60w the filament is very weak and they burn out. I used them for Halloween, but really don't think they should be used in lighting fittings at all. 5 star because they don't suggest they should I was just being typical me and ignoring advice -
