Admittedly, I wasn’t riding in the worst of the cold weather, but February has had some pretty cold days and these have been great for still being able to manage the combination lock at the end of my ride to the gym without my fingers screaming at me as I fumble with the lock. They look good, feel good and are warm, and though I haven’t had to use my phone with them on, it’s great to know I’d be able to answer a call etc without taking them off. They’re also comfortably sized, not bulky. I’ve been very happy with them. I’d buy them again if I lost them.

**Q: What are these like size wise as I see one review wishes had gone 2 sizes bigger !**
A: I'm medium-large. I bought medium and they are tight but still ok. If I was to buy again I'd go up a size.

**Q: Hi are these gloves water resistant?**
A: I'd say splash resistant but not proper rain resistant.They are good warm cycling gloves but only for the dry days.

**Q: What temperature are these good for and for how long? I'm looking for something good for 2 hours at temp between 0 and 4 degrees celsius.**
A: I have found them OK at 3deg for about an hour or so which is as long as I need them for. Not quite so good in high humidity almost freezing weather. Having said that I am almost 80 yrs old and probably don't get the old circulation going as much as someone younger. I don't cycle in the rain so I don't require waterproof gloves. Some of he cheaper waterproof gloves just have a rubber glove sewn into the construction and they end up sweaty (and cold)

**Q: How much padding is on the palms**
A: Not much, they fit snuggly and there is plenty of flexibility in them.

I had a pair before this that weren’t doing the job, these have been much better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good but?

There is a lot right about these gloves and one or two adaptions required to make them 5 stars. They are very comfortable and good in wet temperatures down to 3c. The nose wipe pad on thumb is good as is the touch screen pad on index finger and thumb. They are quite short and can expose the wrist depending on your outer layer length. The big criticism is the velcro fastening which snapped off after about 6 weeks. It’s stretchy rubber but not strong enough. I have sewn it back on and hope the repair lasts. See photo. They are so good in every other way and I would buy them again.
