I’ve always used Tower air fryers, and this one certainly doesn’t disappoint. The 10.4L capacity is fantastic and gives you plenty of room to cook for the whole family. The dual baskets are brilliant, making it easy to cook two different foods at the same time with different settings. It cooks everything evenly and quickly, and it’s so simple to use. It’s become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality air fryer. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

But compared to others with similar specs, I think this is very good. And great value, good quality, and overall, performs well. Once you get used to it, it is easy to use. I hesitated a long time before getting one, as they are really just compact air-assisted ovens. Both my gas one and microwave combi have the same technology. And this takes up space in my small kitchen. This is 38 cm wide, 33 cm high and 36 cm deep, which includes handles and the spacers at the back. Without handles, it's a bit under 31 cm. But ideally, I'd not place it right up against a wall. Before, I came to the conclusion that if getting one, I'd choose one that goes higher than 200° C, as one I'd seen in a video seemed to crisp really well. Then I forgot and saw this as a warehouse deal.. I don't exactly regret it, but it does not brown or crisp some things (say chips) as well as I expected, and I think that those either need higher temperatures, or an actual deep fat fryer. But as far as I can see, only ninja offers a few models that go up to 240°. And I can't say whether it's worth the extra they cost, compared to this. The two baskets are handy, and for me, preferable to a single one. It is a bit larger, but none are exactly compact, anyway. It's worth bearing in mind that the wattage seems to be for both drawers, and I think you only get half for each. This is based on recommendations on food packets: I always need times stated for far lower power than this is supposed to have. You have to choose a pre-set to start it, and the instructions are not very clear. I thought first that this did not work, but you have to select the power button, drawer, a pre-set, and then adjust time and heat. So it does not matter which programme, there's no difference. If you use paper liners, it's really easy to clean, just a quick wipe of splashes. I'm still not 100% that these are worth it, but it also depends on what you eat. I am vegan, so no chicken, sausages, etc, and it's those dishes where this really excels. Fish and chips, for example. I do use it a reasonable amount, but so far, I've found nothing that I could not prepare in my other ovens with very similar results. These do save some power, mainly because the volume being heated is smaller. I've not used the match cook or the smart finish yet. So far, I've just set each individually, as I am not sure how the latter works, except that both finish at the same time. Not sure if it delays the start or lowers the heat to achieve this, though. Sorry, I see from photos I should have wiped it down first, cat hairs get everywhere. And you as can see the back gets dusty from the air intake vents.

Its quality is pretty good, it’s got a tidy design and isn’t a huge appliance to put on the kitchen side. Cleaning is fairly easy. It isn’t oil free to use. The weight is pretty heavy. The only issue is that the right side can not cook as well as the left tray and due to having two sides, can’t hold an awful lot of food without placing it strategically. Fits nicely in corner of kitchen but still a bit bulky for small kitchens.

Some reviews say this is hard to use, but I have to say it's really easy once you know what to do. You just need to get used to selecting the correct side 1 or 2 and then the controls work for that side. So far I've cooked eggs on toast, fish, veg, and all turned out great. The fish was especially good. Fluffy and tastier than the oven. I'm really pleased with the product and would recommend it. BTW I'm referring to the Tower T17100 model. It's not quite as quick as they make out on Instagram, but it's basically as quick as the oven and tastier. You do need to practise a bit because it needs adjusting in terms of timing and temperature. But, it's basically the same as my oven overall. Get a spray bottle to spray olive oil and some silicon trays too. These things make a big difference and easier to clean. I paid 60 pounds and am very happy with it.

This is an excellent air fryer/oven. I love the ease of the functions of cooking and cleaning. It cooks perfectly and super fast in comparison to our Salter 2-drawer 9L air fryer. It's not much larger externally either, which was important, and I can cook on 2 levels in each compartment, so 4 cooking abilities at the same time.

If you have not used this type of device before, they are a lot more than a fryer, they are actually an oven. They have been around for over 30 years, it is only recent tech advances and cost of energy and cost of oil which have made these trendy. They are esseentially a high power fan type oven. They cook a lot quicker than a conventional oven because its a small space to heat and the fan creates a lot of air flow. You can also reduce the amt of oil you use. For example, roast potatoes cook, depending on how large you cut them from 10 to 20 mins. Which is a big saving on the electric. When you by an air fryer, buy an oil sprayer as you will often use a few pumps of oil. This makes things crispy. I brought one from Amazon. When you do buy a spray make sure it is for oil, I wated money on a few which could not handle veg oil. This actual device, has some great features, it has lots of presets which are useful guides, like other devices of this kind, I own 2 air fryer ovens, this bin style and one which is more like a normal oven and has a rotisery. This has 2 advanced options which is match cooking, used when cooking things which need the same time and temp in both bins. Also match finish. You set the temp and time for each bin, and press this button they will finish cooking at the same time, which is really handy. Something else about a bin style fryer, you need to take the tray out and give it a shake from time to time, which you may think is a pain. In reality its not. The cooking time is so much shorter than a normal oven its no big deal to pull out the tray and shake it. Im normally preparing and cooking other parts of the meal whilst the oven is cooking so Im in the kitchen anyway. The build quality feels good, I did look around in shops before buying some of the cheaper ones do not feel they will last very long. This one feels good. Something else to check is the quality of the non stick. That is key, according to a CH4 documentory I watched about air fryers. They did a test on many models and this one rated very highly. On the cheaper ones the non stick often peels off after only a short time and use. This one looks to have a good quality of non stick, thats by observation and what the test said in the documentory. The cheapers are ok, but think about how long you want them to last and how often you use them. The mid price may be better value for money. Another thing about air fryers is they cook so quickly and are so easy to use, I find my self using it a lot more than I would have ever used a normal oven. In many ways its taking over from the microwave. Especially when reheating things, i.e. left over pizza comes out nice and cruncy rather than the limp slice when heated in a mirco wave. This has a preheat button which is excellent and further reduces cooking time and makes the food cook better. Preheating a normal oven is always a good idea but takes in mine, 10 mins. This air oven preheats up to 180C in 3 mins which is a lot more convienient and costs a lot less. I cannot stress enough but the reduced cooking times and the money you save on oil and elec. When cooking normally you would use a good glug of oil for roast veg, in this fryer a few pumps of the spray is all you need. Which also means its better for your health. I did look at the ninja in a real shop and compared the 2. The ninja you appear to be paying a lot for the name. The quality did not feel as good as this device. I would also reccomend, buying some liner trays, again I brough them on Amazon they are made from a type of paper and makes cleaning very easy. Ive been warned not to use normal baking or waxed paper in an air fryer as it may fly up in the air flow and is a fire risk. This warning applies to all air ovens/fryers. I also brought a wire rack on Amazon which lets be double decker things. The one I brought was around £14 is has a stand frame and also a 2nd frame with 4 skewers. It works well for kebabs etc. Overall this is a great device and is priced well for what it is. As I said I did look at some which cost a lot more and decided on this one.

Great product! Very easy to clean. Super easy to use. A lot lighter than my previous tower airfryer and very quiet when in use. Highly recommend.

Bought this to try out as I have two multi use ninjas but wanted an air fryer for a larger family. This is perfect and so pleased I read other reviews and decided on it . So easy to use and set. Tried the time match function and worked a treat. Its great value for money easy to use and has space for a family of five. So impressed I have bought another one for my son and his family for Christmas. The only thing you have to remember is to turn the food half way through same as all other air fryers. Even a stir fry was successful. A great value find . I don't always look at which symbol to push to set but I usually push a meat symbol and then adjust the temperature and time using the buttons to set. Very easy to do.

I loved this product so much and then out of the blue I got an electric shock of it ,it knocked of my electric supply and I tried it 2 hours after ,I plugged it back in to my power supply and turned it on and it blew up damaged my arm so I want to know what to do now
