Improves energy but it's not immediate
NMN is all about sustained energy. The dose in said capsule is quite less and so it takes time for the action to happen. So instead of using it before the workout, I finish my 1.5 hours of running and use it after running so I can work without getting tired through the day. Highly effective. Helps me to also go to gym in the evening even during running days. Yet to try the 500mg dose.

Absolute Rubbish!
Totally ineffective. All the hype is just sales talk. The product is useless and makes no difference to the workout. A cup of black coffee is a million times better as a preworkout. It has no effect on recovery and muscle soreness either. Strongly advise you not to waste your money. The product deserves a negative rating, even one star is too much.

Best product for energy
We all crave sustained energy, and we fall back on options like Caffeine for the same. But, the real energy is produced within your cells and body, and the best way to harness peak performance is to ask your cells for it. This really pump my energy in few minutes and I can push performance and improves endurance.

Most Scientifically Proven Pre-workout
It's a great product. Most scientifically curated pre workout formula. Effective from day one and the best thing is there is no caffeine in it.

Didn’t work for me
I workout 6 times a week. I tried having this supplement for 30 days. Just didn’t do the trick for me. Tried out Every possible interval 30min/ 15min before workout, Immediately consuming before workout. Nothing seemed to work. Wouldn’t vouch for this product if someone wants to experiment stick to pre-workout Powders.
