This is a super watch to buy someone who is just starting to learn how to tell the time. The watch face ,numbers and hands are all clear. It even lets you know if the time is to or past the hour. My child was struggling to learn to tell the time. With this he does it so well and it’s clear and easy to use and explain to him. There is no backlight, he says it is comfortable and I think it’s great value for money. He wears it out and about including in the rain so is weatherproof just wouldn’t take it in a bath or shower
